Will my the hole in my ears close up?

i got a piercing about 3 weeks agao and the man who did it told me i could take them out in 2 week. its been about 3 week and my right ear is swollen its still havent heal butt my left on did (i got it at the top of my ears)so i took the earing out and now i cant putt it back in cause i ant find the hole all i wanna know is if the hole gonna close up and get infected please help me because am in tears right now
