Am i preggers if i have liquid coming out of my breast?

Its been like a month since I got my pd and I been having cramps but they go away I feel a little sick to my tummy. And I been experienceing when I squeeze my breast drops of liquid comes out I gained like 5 pounds putts nowhere and I took a test 2 days ago and it was negative please help!!!
