What should i do to my quad atv.?

So i got Chinese 150cc quad and the problem is it doesn't start like it doesn't turns over when i press button to starts it up but the motor turns over when i turn it with my hands. Please help me out and its not carburetor or starter cause i putted them brand new. Please help me out who know what can that be. Thanks
