How can I get rid of this red spot?

I've read many different tips of getting rid of whitehead (i have one) so I putted hot water on it then I popped it and washed it with hot water. but now its red. how can I get rid of it? i do not have any special products. and the school is tomorrow. I want to get rid of it before tomorrow. what to do?
