I accidently cut myself with a razor on the back of my thigh?

Yesterday I was shaving my legs. I accidentally cut myself on the back of my thigh. I putted anti-biotic on it and hydrogen peroxide .I covered it with a band-aide. I am so scared that it's going to become a scar. Any ideas on how to prevent a nasty razor cut from becoming a scar???
