Do I have gingivitis or are they just bumps?

There's not bleeding, but between my two front teeth it's tender when I brush and between my back tooth I have like a bump and it's really tender when I try to floss in that area. It's only these two areas. Could it be gingivitis or are they just cysts? help!!
