Itunes doesn't detect my ipod touch 4G. What Can I Do?

Well.. you will have to do a clean restore then. hook up your itouch to your flippa and hold the power button and home button until the connect to itunes shows up, after it does, your itunes on ur flippa should detect your itouch, just hit restore and you'll be good.
