What are things called skin tags?

btw, this is SO EMBARRASING! but i have small bumps under my armpits and idk what they are!! they dont go away like bites and i feel soo embarrased at school to raise my hand or anything cuz of them!! and, my skin is sooo not soft!!!! idk what to do!!! its not dry or oily, its just plain not soft. lotion DOES NOTZ WORK so plzz dont putt that down there!!!! okk, PEACE!!
