Is this considered as sexual abuse?

when i was 10 years old our driver used to make me touch him ,he used to grab my hand and putt it where ever he wants and i used to try to push him away or make him stop by saying plz let me go play with my sister it is such a bad memory so is it considered as a sexual abuse??
